Conformation

Conformation is the presentation of a dog to a judge to see how well they conform to the breed standard. While dogs of the same breed will be shown together in the ring, they are competing against their form to the standard and not necessarily against each other.

Where to Show

There are several venues in which you can show your dog. In most cases, your dog will need to have a pedigree recorded with your chosen venue in order to partake. The following are some of the most popular venues for Dutch Shepherds:
